With a B.A. and M.S. of music from Russia, Lyubov is an Adjunct Professor of Piano at Salisbury University, and conducts the private practice of concert piano instruction through Luba Paskova Piano Studio. Lyubov is the originator and director of the Celebration of Great Composers recital, and she is the Chair of the Salisbury Wicomico Arts Council’s very successful Classics for A Cause youth concert event. She also spends numerous hours volunteering as a local representative for Piano Guild Auditions and Royal Conservatory Music Certificate Program.
Her goal as a music teacher is to preserve the art of classical piano principles, encourage emotional expression, and pass on passion for music.

Professor of Music, Salisbury University, as a conductor, pianist, and vocal coach, Dr. Folger directs the University Chorale, Salisbury Chorale, Chamber (Madrigal) Choir, and Musical Theatre Ensemble. He teaches Conducting and Score Reading, Advanced Conducting, and History of Broadway Musicals. Dr. Folger is in demand as a guest conductor, adjudicator, collaborative pianist, workshop presenter and past Chair of the Music Department at Salisbury University as well as a Deacon in the Catholic Church and a dedicated Vice President for SWAC. Bill’s wisdom, faith and his integrity and practical applications to decision making, kind and willing service to whatever need is at hand, and loving support to SWAC Staff and board are a gift.

Therese Hamilton is the Executive Director of the Salisbury Wicomico Arts Council for the past 10 years, and is State President of County Arts Agencies of Maryland for the past 4 years. Therese is also an accomplished Poet, published author, gifted and sought out National Public Speaker, Cantor, musician, writer and thespian, and has served on many panels, boards, and advisory council to Bishops, and Civic leaders and has a 30+ year successful career in executive and event management, of non-profit organizations that include being director of a homeless shelter, soup kitchen, social service, Executive Director of Arts organizations such as convention centers and City appointed arts fundraising endeavors, corporate positions such as Vice President of a business real estate company, and Corporate Events Director of a national health organization, experience in extensive sales, public relations, and social service as well as has held pastoral positions, youth ministry, family pastoral care, and has received numerous awards in several areas of her career history and has certification in both secular and religious arenas. Therese enjoys her daughter Jami-Lee who resides in NYC, and Therese is deeply attached to her Australian Shephard Dog Gabriel.
